Nothing goes missing. Not even a sock.
Every garment gets a soft, washable RFID tag at your first pickup. Our scanners read every tag as your clothes move through the facility, so we know where each piece is, and so do you.

The Crisp Guarantee
If we damage or lose it, you don't pay for it.
If a garment is damaged in our care or goes missing, tell us in the app. We'll credit its value, up to ₹5,000 per item, against your next month's subscription, based on the garment's age and condition. No arguments, no forms to chase.
Stains that won't come out are flagged to you before delivery. Full terms at launch.

Good to know
What happens if I go over my plan's kg limit?
We weigh every pickup and let you know in the app. Anything over your monthly limit is ₹99/kg + GST, paid in the app at delivery. If it keeps happening, we'll suggest a plan that fits better.
Can I change my pickup slot?
Yes. Reschedule in the app, and we'll remind you 12, 6 and 3 hours before each pickup.
Is dry cleaning included?
Dry cleaning isn't part of the plans, but you can add it to any pickup at a subscriber discount.
How does the RFID tag work?
It's a small, soft, washable tag attached to each garment at your first pickup. Our scanners read every tag as a cart passes, so we know exactly where each piece is.
Where do you deliver?
We're starting within about 10 km of Kodathi Village, Sarjapur, where our facility is. Join the waitlist with your pincode and we'll tell you when we reach you.
